Complimentary Loan Cars
We want to make servicing your car as stress free as possible. When you bring your car in for service, we make available to you our loan vehicles to use for up to 12 hours after completion of work.
In order to take advantage of this service you must be 21 years of age, and have a valid driver's license as well as proof of insurance. Loan cars must be returned within 12 hours of completion of your car's service work. Loan cars are checked by both the customer and the loan car representative for damage prior to departure and again upon return. Customers are responsible for any damage the car incurs while in their possession.
Pickup and Delivery of Your Vehicle
If you find yourself having service issues and can't make it to us, we will come to you. We offer free service pickup and delivery for the lifetime of your vehicle.
Saturday Service
We understand that not all customers have time during the week to service their car. To best accommodate our customers' needs, our service center is open from 8:00am-5:00pm every Saturday.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
Every hour of the day, and every day of the week, we are there to help when you need it most.
Complimentary Car Wash
As a courtesy, we will wash your car's exterior free of charge every time you bring it in for service.
Our service center offers extended hours from 7:30am-7:00pm on weekdays, and from 8:00am-5:00pm on Saturdays. Waiting areas in our service center are built for comfort. They are equipped with Wi-Fi and are well-stocked with current magazines and newspapers. Courtesy phone and beverage stations are also available for your convenience.
Feedback is invaluable to us and helps us improve our service. After each service visit, a Sewell client relations representative will call to get feedback about your experience. We respect your privacy, and you may request to be added to our "do not calll" list at any time.
Factory warranties vary by manufacturer. Extended warranties can be purchased from our dealership anytime before your factory warranty expires to ensure your vehicle is covered as long as possible.
